When you submit our contact or growth audit form, we collect your name, work email, company name and website, monthly ad spend range, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically

When you visit impaxium.com, our analytics and advertising tools collect pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, general geographic location (country/city, derived from IP address), referring URL, and IP address (anonymized where required by the tool).

We use cookies and similar technologies. When you first visit the site, all categories are active by default. You can change your preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

Form submission data is retained for up to 3 years unless an ongoing business relationship exists. Analytics data is retained per platform defaults (typically 14 months for GA4, 12 months for Clarity).

Our site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has submitted information and we will delete it.
